1. About these الشروط

These الشروط of Service (“الشروط”) govern your access to and use of the ShaFX website, لوحة التحكم, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an حساب or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these الشروط.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where its provision would be unlawful. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law.

3. The Service

ShaFX operates as an introducing partner and مكافآت منصة. We do not act as a وسيط, financial adviser, signal provider, or asset manager. We do not custody client funds. All التداول occurs with the third-party وسيط you select.

4. حساب Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your كلمة المرور and for all نشاط under your حساب. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

كاش باك accrues from the date your وسيط حساب is properly linked. المدفوعات are processed weekly, subject to a minimum threshold of $10. We reserve the right to verify حساب ownership before processing المدفوعات and to delay or reverse كاش باك determined to result from prohibited نشاط.

6. Prohibited نشاط

You may not: (a) engage in arbitrage, latency, or wash التداول designed to inflate الحجم; (b) use multiple حسابات to circumvent مستوى or rate limits; (c) صفقة on behalf of another person without authorisation; (d) use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose; (e) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Educational محتوى is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your التداول decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All محتوى, branding, software, and design on the Service is owned by ShaFX or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your حساب at any time for breach of these الشروط, suspected fraud, or as required by law. You may close your حساب at any time from your لوحة التحكم. Accrued كاش باك that is not the subject of a dispute will be مدفوع out in the next regular دفعة cycle.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-مجاني, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaFX’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these الشروط or the Service shall not exceed the كاش باك مدفوع to you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Changes

13. Governing Law
