1. About these مەرجەکان

These مەرجەکان of Service (“مەرجەکان”) govern your access to and use of the ShaFX website, داشبۆرد, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an هەژمار or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these مەرجەکان.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where its provision would be unlawful. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law.

3. The Service

ShaFX operates as an introducing partner and خەڵاتەکان پلاتفۆرم. We do not act as a برۆکەر, financial adviser, signal provider, or asset manager. We do not custody client funds. All بازرگانی occurs with the third-party برۆکەر you select.

کاشباک is calculated based on لۆت قەبارە reported by partner برۆکەرەکان. Rates بڵاوکراوە on the Service are indicative and may change. The applicable rate is confirmed when your برۆکەر هەژمار is linked.

4. هەژمار Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your وشەی تێپەڕبوون and for all چالاکی under your هەژمار. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. کاشباک & پارەدانەکان

کاشباک accrues from the date your برۆکەر هەژمار is properly linked. پارەدانەکان are processed weekly, subject to a minimum threshold of $10. We reserve the right to verify هەژمار ownership before processing پارەدانەکان and to delay or reverse کاشباک determined to result from prohibited چالاکی.

6. Prohibited چالاکی

You may not: (a) engage in arbitrage, latency, or wash بازرگانی designed to inflate قەبارە; (b) use multiple هەژمارەکان to circumvent ئاست or rate limits; (c) مامەڵە on behalf of another person without authorisation; (d) use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose; (e) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Educational ناوەڕۆک is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your بازرگانی decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All ناوەڕۆک, branding, software, and design on the Service is owned by ShaFX or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your هەژمار at any time for breach of these مەرجەکان, suspected fraud, or as required by law. You may close your هەژمار at any time from your داشبۆرد. Accrued کاشباک that is not the subject of a dispute will be دراوە out in the next regular پارەدان cycle.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-بەخۆڕایی, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaFX’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these مەرجەکان or the Service shall not exceed the کاشباک دراوە to you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Changes

We may نوێکردنەوە these مەرجەکان from time to time. Material changes will be notified by ئیمەیڵ or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These مەرجەکان are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShaFX is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
