Is ShaFX free to use?

Yes, completely free, forever. We earn from broker partnerships, never from traders. There are no fees, no commissions, and no premium tiers locked behind a paywall.

How does cashback actually work?

When you open a broker account through ShaFX, the broker pays us a small commission for every lot you trade. We share the majority of that commission back with you as cashback, paid weekly to your wallet.

Do I get cashback on losing trades?

Yes. Cashback is paid on volume, not profit. Whether your trade wins or loses, you still earn cashback on every lot you traded.

Can I keep my existing broker account?

Cashback only works on accounts opened through ShaFX. If you already have a broker account, most brokers allow you to open a new account under our partnership and transfer funds. Contact us and we will guide you through it.

How do I withdraw my cashback?

From your dashboard, request a payout in USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), PayPal, bank wire, or direct broker credit. Most withdrawals are processed within 48 hours.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

Yes, the minimum payout is $10. There is no maximum and no fee from our side, though some payment networks may charge their own fees.

How fast are payouts?

Standard payouts are processed within 48 business hours. Platinum and Diamond tier traders receive same-day processing.

Is ShaFX a broker or signal provider?

Neither. ShaFX is a rewards platform. We do not hold your funds, execute trades, provide signals, or offer investment advice. You trade with your chosen regulated broker; we just send your cashback.

How does the referral program work?

Every account gets a personal referral link. When someone signs up through your link and starts trading, you earn a percentage of their cashback for life — without taking anything away from them.

Is my trading data safe?

We only receive aggregated lot volume data from your broker for the purpose of calculating cashback. We never see your trades, balances, or account credentials. All connections use TLS encryption and we follow SOC2 baseline practices.

Which countries do you support?

What if my broker doesn't pay your commission?

If for any reason a broker fails to remit a commission for a tracked lot, we still credit your cashback. Your earnings are protected.
