FAQ

Do my referrals lose anything?
No. Spreads, execution, commissions, and broker terms stay identical for them. ShaFX cashback is paid from broker IB commission — not from their account.
How do I get a referral code?
Open a free ShaFX account. Your code is generated automatically in the format SHA + 3 letters from your name + 4 digits (e.g. SHAALI4821). You'll see it in your dashboard immediately.
When do referrals expire?
Never. Once a trader signs up via your link, they are linked to you for life. If they go inactive for 12 months and return, they are still yours.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, above the minimum payout threshold. Payouts process via bank transfer, broker internal transfer, or supported wallets.
Can I refer existing ShaFX users?
No. Referral attribution applies to new ShaFX accounts opened through your tracked link. Account already linked to another partner cannot be re-attributed.
Are there any banned promotion methods?
Yes. No spam, no deceptive marketing, no false income claims, no impersonating ShaFX, no incentivising self-referrals. Violations forfeit commissions and may close the account.
Is the referral program available worldwide?
Most countries, but availability mirrors broker availability. If a country is restricted by our partner brokers, the referral program is also restricted there. See restricted countries.
