These शर्तें of Service (“शर्तें”) govern your access to and use of the ShaFX website, डैशबोर्ड, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these शर्तें.

2. Eligibility

आप must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where its provision would be unlawful. आप are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law.

3. The Service

ShaFX operates as an introducing partner and rewards platform. We do not act as a broker, financial adviser, signal provider, or asset manager. We do not custody client funds. सभी trading occurs with the third-party broker you select.

कैशबैक is calculated based on lot volume reported by partner brokers. Rates published on the Service are indicative and may change. The applicable rate is confirmed when your broker account is linked.

4. अकाउंट Registration

आप agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. आप are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. कैशबैक & पेआउट

कैशबैक accrues from the date your broker account is properly linked. पेआउट are processed weekly, subject to a minimum threshold of $10. We reserve the right to verify account ownership before processing payouts and to delay or reverse कैशबैक determined to result from prohibited activity.

6. Prohibited Activity

आप may not: (a) engage in arbitrage, latency, or wash trading designed to inflate volume; (b) use multiple accounts to circumvent tier or rate limits; (c) trade on behalf of another person without authorisation; (d) use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose; (e) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Educational content is provided for informational purposes only. आप are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

सभी content, branding, software, and design on the Service is owned by ShaFX or its licensors. आप receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these शर्तें, suspected fraud, or as required by law. आप may close your account at any time from your डैशबोर्ड. Accrued कैशबैक that is not the subject of a dispute will be paid out in the next regular payout cycle.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaFX’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these शर्तें or the Service shall not exceed the कैशबैक paid to you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Changes

We may update these शर्तें from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These शर्तें are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShaFX is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
