1. About these şartlar

These şartlar of Service (“şartlar”) govern your access to and use of the ShaFX website, Panel, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an hesap or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these şartlar.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where its provision would be unlawful. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law.

3. The Service

ShaFX operates as an introducing partner and ödüller platform. We do not act as a Broker, financial adviser, signal provider, or asset manager. We do not custody client funds. All işlem occurs with the third-party Broker you select.

8. Intellectual Property

We may suspend or terminate your hesap at any time for breach of these şartlar, suspected fraud, or as required by law. You may close your hesap at any time from your Panel. Accrued cashback that is not the subject of a dispute will be ödendi out in the next regular ödeme cycle.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-ücretsiz, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaFX’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these şartlar or the Service shall not exceed the cashback ödendi to you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Changes

13. Governing Law
