📚 Concepts every Muslim متداول should know
Riba (Interest)
Any guaranteed return on money lent. Includes overnight swap charges on standard forex accounts — which is exactly what swap-free accounts remove.
Gharar (Excessive uncertainty)
Contracts with unknown subject matter or unclear outcomes. Most scholars consider speculative التداول to involve gharar — مخاطرة management mitigates but does not remove it.
Maysir (Gambling)
Pure chance-based gain. Trading without a strategy, plan, or research is closer to maysir than to investment. Education and analysis matter.
Qabd (Possession)
You should "possess" what you trade. Pure CFD speculation without underlying asset ownership is debated. Spot trading with physical settlement is cleaner.

Same-day صفقات: Most scholars permit intra-day spot التداول — you take a مركز and close it the same day. No overnight سواب accrues, so no riba.
Overnight without سواب: Permissible on a true swap-free account where the broker does not charge OR pay interest. Watch for hidden "admin fees" replacing swap.
Overnight with سواب: Not permissible without a سواب-مجاني حساب. قياسي حسابات always charge or pay سواب.
Multi-day positions: Permitted on swap-free accounts but verify the broker's "anti-churning" rules don't impose hidden charges after a certain hold-period.
