Everyone should be clear on a few realities about ShaFX. We work as an IB (Introducing Broker) — meaning we are simply a way to introduce you to brokers.
What we do
We introduce you to brokers, support you, and receive a rebate for which we give you cashback per lot, along with analysis, important economic news, and market guidance. We do not own any broker; you are free to choose whichever broker you want.
What we are NOT responsible for
- Deposits and withdrawals — we have no authority over any broker's funds
- Technical issues inside brokers (we will help contact support at no charge if you have a problem)
We have no control over your money, and we never ask for your account password. Full control of your money stays only with you.
How many brokers do we work with
We work with more than 8 global brokers and monitor them continuously. If any broker cheats or performs poorly, we review and remove it. We add new and better brokers over time.
What we do NOT do (very important)
To avoid any confusion, ShaFX does not:
- Sell paid signals
- Copy anyone's account (copy trading)
- Manage anyone's account or take their money to trade
- Charge for courses — education with us is free
- Sell robots or indicators
We never ask you for a single dinar or dollar for any service. If someone asks you for money in our name, know it's a scam. We never ask for your account password.
Risk warning
Forex is not a game and carries high risk — it isn't for everyone. If you're new, don't start blindly. If you're not ready, we may decline to help so you don't lose your money.
