What changes
- The IB code on your account updates to ShaFX.
- From that moment onward, every closed لوت generates a منشور كاش باك amount that lands in your ShaFX wallet.
What does not change
- Your balance, deposits, withdrawals.
- Your trading platform (MT4 / MT5 / cTrader / web).
- Your open positions, history and stats.
- Your spreads, commissions and execution.
FAQs specific to MultiBank Group
- Will MultiBank Group charge me to change the IB code?
- No. MultiBank Group does not charge for IB code changes for retail حسابات.
- How will I know when migration is complete?
- You will receive a confirmation البريد الإلكتروني from MultiBank Group. The dashboard will also display "Under ShaFX" on the account once we receive their roster confirmation.
