Sub-IB rules and transparency

Not allowed
- Pyramid-style schemes where sub-IBs pay to enroll
- Promising fixed income to sub-IBs (कमीशन is based on real trading वॉल्यूम only)
- Self-referrals or sub-IB self-funding loops
- Misrepresenting ShaFX as a money manager or fund
- Targeting restricted jurisdictions
ShaFX reserves the right to remove sub-IBs that violate the partner code of conduct. कमीशन overrides paid in good faith on legitimate वॉल्यूम are not clawed back.
