Market condition: clear directional trend. Setup: pullback to a moving average or structure in the trend direction. Entry: on a continuation trigger. Stop: beyond the pullback. Target: next structure / trail. Risk: 1-2%. Good example: H4 uptrend, buy the M15 pullback into support. Bad: buying after an exhausted extended run. Common failure: entering late, chasing. Backtest checklist: trend defined? pullback + trigger? R:R≥1:2? not into major news?
