1. Scope of ShaFX محتوى

Articles, FAQ entries, broker filters, and educational pages on ShaFX referring to "halal", "Islamic", "swap-free", or "Sharia-compliant" trading are intended to:

  • Help المتداولون understand the structural concerns إسلامي scholars raise about leveraged الفوركس / CFD التداول (riba, gharar, qimar / maysir, qabd, etc.).
  • Describe the technical features of swap-free or "Islamic" accounts offered by some brokers.
  • Compare which وسطاء publicly offer سواب-مجاني حسابات.
  • Provide a checklist of structural questions a Muslim متداول may want to research with a qualified scholar.

2. What ShaFX does NOT do

  • We do not issue rulings on whether الفوركس / CFD التداول is حلال or haram.
  • We do not certify any وسيط, حساب type, instrument, or strategy as Sharia-compliant.
  • We do not represent any إسلامي finance authority, Sharia board, or scholar.
  • We do not promise that a سواب-مجاني حساب is automatically حلال.

3. Different scholarly opinions exist

Scholarly opinions on the permissibility of leveraged الفوركس / CFD التداول vary. Some scholars consider it impermissible due to riba (interest), gharar (excessive uncertainty), or qimar / maysir (gambling-like speculation). Others permit it under specific conditions (immediate settlement, no interest, no leverage beyond defined limits, hand-to-hand exchange, and so on). The مركز you adopt is a personal religious decision.

4. سواب-مجاني حسابات are not automatic Sharia certification

A "swap-free" or "Islamic" account typically removes overnight rollover interest charges. This addresses one specific concern (riba on swap) but does not by itself resolve all Sharia questions about leverage, margin, settlement timing, or speculation. Some brokers offset removed swaps with administration fees, mark-ups, or wider spreads — which may themselves raise questions. Verify with the broker and a qualified scholar.

5. Regional notice for Muslim-majority jurisdictions

In countries with significant Muslim populations (including but not limited to Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Turkey, Morocco, Jordan, and many others), local financial-regulatory rules and religious-finance authorities may have specific positions on leveraged التداول. Always check with a local qualified scholar and a licensed financial professional.

6. Recommended due diligence

  • Consult a qualified إسلامي finance scholar familiar with modern financial markets.
  • Read the full حساب-الشروط document for any سواب-مجاني / إسلامي حساب, not just the marketing page.
  • Check whether the وسيط charges replacement fees or administration fees in place of سواب.
  • Confirm leverage, margin, and settlement mechanics independently.
  • Decide your personal level of comfort based on the rulings you follow.

7. No religious advice
