Lifetime commissions — explained plainly
Once a trader is attributed to you, they stay attributed for as long as their broker account stays linked to ShaFX. We do not "rotate" referrals. We do not cap your earning years. We do not silently demote attribution. If your referral trades 10 years from now, you still earn on those lots. Period.

Common questions
Do my referrals lose cashback if they join through me?
No. Your commission is paid from the broker's IB pool on top of what they pay your referrals. They receive their full cashback rate.
What if my referral stops trading for 6 months then comes back?
Attribution persists. Their account stays linked to you. You earn commissions on every lot they ever trade.
Can I refer myself or close family?
You cannot refer yourself. Family members are allowed only if they trade with their own funds and provide their own KYC. We monitor for circular attribution.
What countries are excluded?
Wherever the underlying broker is not licensed to operate. See our restricted countries list.
Is this halal?
The commission model itself is service-fee-based (ujrah) and considered permissible by most scholars when promoting halal swap-free accounts. Promote responsibly.
What happens if my referral disputes a payout?
Brokers occasionally reverse commissions due to chargebacks or violations. ShaFX reflects this in your ledger transparently. We never silently claw back.
