Leverage & margin
Scholars differ on leverage and margin financing. Lower leverage can reduce one area of concern, but it does not by itself resolve questions about contract structure (CFD vs. real ownership) or possession. ShaFX's position: keep leverage low, avoid interest, be transparent about what a CFD is and is not, and provide screening + scholar guidance where available — while being clear this is informational, not a fatwa.
