Displacement + OTE
Displacement = a strong, impulsive move (often leaving an FVG) signaling intent. The Optimal Trade Entry (OTE) is a retracement zone (~62-79% Fibonacci) of that move where you look to enter with the trend.
Entry / invalidation / common failure
Entry: in the OTE after displacement + LTF confirmation. Invalidation: price closes beyond the move's origin. Common failure: calling every wiggle "displacement" and over-trading. Require a genuine, obvious impulse.
