How it works
Forex is a 24-hour market spread across four major financial centers: Sydney, Tokyo, London, and New York. Each session has its own personality — London brings volume, NY brings volatility, Tokyo brings yen flows, Sydney bridges the weekend gap. The London/NY overlap is statistically the most liquid window and typically has the tightest spreads on major pairs.
