After we confirm eligibility, you will receive an email with this template (auto-filled with your account number) ready to forward to HYCM support.

What changes
- The IB code on your account updates to ShaFX.
- From that moment onward, every closed lot generates a published cashback amount that lands in your ShaFX wallet.
What does not change
- Your balance, deposits, withdrawals.
- Your trading platform (MT4 / MT5 / cTrader / web).
- Your open positions, history and stats.
- Your spreads, commissions and execution.
FAQs specific to HYCM
- Will HYCM charge me to change the IB code?
- No. HYCM does not charge for IB code changes for retail accounts.
- How will I know when migration is complete?
- You will receive a confirmation email from HYCM. The dashboard will also display "Under ShaFX" on the account once we receive their roster confirmation.
- Can I migrate multiple HYCM accounts?
- Yes. Submit each account separately. Each is migrated independently.
