Will FBS charge me to change the IB code?

No. FBS does not charge for IB code changes for retail accounts.

How will I know when migration is complete?

You will receive a confirmation email from FBS. The dashboard will also display "Under ShaFX" on the account once we receive their roster confirmation.

Can I migrate multiple FBS accounts?

Yes. Submit each account separately. Each is migrated independently.
