الانضباط is environment, not willpower

Most traders who appear disciplined have engineered their environment to make impulsive trades hard. Bracket orders pre-set, يومي loss limits enforced by their broker, no charts فتح during family hours.

The three-rule starter pack

1. Define يومي loss limit in writing. متى hit, platform closes for the day.
2. Pre-define risk per تداول (e.g. 0.5–1% of equity). No exceptions.
3. اليوميات every trade within 30 minutes of close. Skip days erase the loop.

مراجعة compounds, intent doesn't

Reading psychology articles doesn't change behaviour. The أسبوعي review of your own actions does — because it makes the cost of bad habits explicit.
