2. Eligibility

أنت must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where its provision would be unlawful. أنت are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law.

3. The Service

ShaFX operates as an introducing partner and المكافآت platform. We do not act as a broker, financial adviser, signal provider, or asset manager. We do not custody client funds. الكل trading occurs with the third-party broker you select.

كاش باك is calculated based on lot volume reported by partner الوسطاء. Rates published on the Service are indicative and may change. The applicable rate is confirmed when your broker حساب is linked.

4. الحساب Registration

أنت agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. أنت are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your حساب. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. كاش باك & المدفوعات

كاش باك accrues from the date your broker حساب is properly linked. السحوبات are processed weekly, subject to a minimum threshold of $10. We reserve the right to verify حساب ownership before processing payouts and to delay or reverse كاش باك determined to result from prohibited activity.

6. Prohibited النشاط

أنت may not: (a) engage in arbitrage, latency, or wash trading designed to inflate volume; (b) use multiple accounts to circumvent tier or rate limits; (c) trade on behalf of another person without authorisation; (d) use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose; (e) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Educational content is provided for informational purposes only. أنت are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

الكل content, branding, software, and design on the Service is owned by ShaFX or its licensors. أنت receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your حساب at any time for breach of these الشروط, suspected fraud, or as required by law. أنت may close your حساب at any time from your لوحة التحكم. Accrued كاش باك that is not the subject of a dispute will be paid out in the next regular payout cycle.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaFX’s إجمالي liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these الشروط or the Service shall not exceed the كاش باك paid to you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Changes

We may update these الشروط from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These الشروط are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShaFX is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
