2. Eligibility

3. The Service

ShaFX operates as an introducing partner and rewards platform. We do not act as a broker, financial adviser, signal provider, or asset manager. We do not custody client funds. سب trading occurs with the third-party broker you select.

کیش بیک is calculated based on lot volume reported by partner brokers. Rates published on the Service are indicative and may change. The applicable rate is confirmed when your broker account is linked.

6. Prohibited Activity

آپ may not: (a) engage in arbitrage, latency, or wash trading designed to inflate volume; (b) use multiple accounts to circumvent tier or rate limits; (c) trade on behalf of another person without authorisation; (d) use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose; (e) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Educational content is provided for informational purposes only. آپ are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

سب content, branding, software, and design on the Service is owned by ShaFX or its licensors. آپ receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Termination

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaFX’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these شرائط or the Service shall not exceed the کیش بیک paid to you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Changes

13. Governing Law

These شرائط are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShaFX is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
