Building Disiplin as a Trader

Disiplin is environment, not willpower

Most traders who appear disciplined have engineered their environment to make impulsive trades hard. Bracket orders pre-set, günlük loss limits enforced by their broker, no charts Aç during family hours.

The three-rule starter pack

2. Pre-define risk per trade (e.g. 0.5–1% of equity). No exceptions.
